If I could I would give it a zero rating, placed an order on line for euros, had a confirmation with order ref number to pick up the next day after 11 o clock, went to pick up, just got a no phone customer services showed him the email passport etc,no nothing with your name on,did not go and look, plus name isn't even the email. He just kept saying no.I phoned the number from the email which was answered very quickly and was put through to the foreign currency department, they tried to phone them, but they would not answer, I went back to them with the post office customer service on the phone and he refused to speak to them saying he wasn't authorised
to speak to him.Shocking would not even look, just a no no.I had to in the end go to an other post office which customer services organised, they were shocked. Never give your custom to them,we only picked this office as it was so near us and we always used it when it was on heaconer eay
